Wife scheduled an appointment with a stylist named Rob. She waited over 1 hour for her appointment. Being told it would only be a few more mins. She had to leave without being seen. This caused us to miss a wedding ceremony. The whole experience was incredibly unprofessional. Do not waist your time, find someone else.
Another place in Watertown had messed up my hair they got me in quick and fixed my hair. I loved it. Very nice group of ppl work there. Ty again
They opened on a Sunday morning for me to do my bridal hair and makeup. She saved me! It was so hard to find someone for my hair and makeup, available on Sunday. Makeup was incredible, I didn't know I could look so good!
