Fixed up my K2 after a long move had bumped a few things loose. Have been able to enjoy a few rides since and looking forward to exploring the area more!

In a pinch and from out of town the guys in the shop gave us great service. I found out they sponsor Thursday night rides and next time we're in town will join their group. I got a really great feeling from this place.
Well my experience with this store manager was not good at all. He would change subject about what your needs are into getting a plumber for a leak at home. That sounds like perverted man. Anyway, I waited for the racing seat post for three years. No call back at all. I drove from Watertown to Syracuse for thier higher quality seat post. I recommend to stay away from the owner since he didn't want my business.
Brought my bike in on Friday to have the rim replaced. It was done the next day, reasonable price,great service.
