Excellent selection, clean and open store, great service. Would definitely shop and play there again.
Great store, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Very good selection of numerous product lines. My particular interest was trading card / collectible card games of which the store had a very good variety and decent prices of sealed product and game accessories such as card sleeves, trading binders, etc. Single cards are also available but selection may be limited.
My disabled wife with a broken neck called to help them originally by informing them that their mailers that warn of reshelving your hold box items in Watertown NY had a comment on them saying contact the Watertown store at (...and had faulty number..) the Syracuse store phone number where they can't help you. Well, she was cursed at, told it wasn't their problem, and told "they don't make the cards so just let them answer their @&);@ phones lady". As if this wasn't bad enough, my wife was brought to tears and demanded a supervisor, they have no supervision at any store really, just a ghost manager named Jason Engle who said in email, not even in person, that he works three jobs, so how can he handle three stores alone you may ask, he doesn't obviously because we got no place with him. He offered us nothing but three weeks of emails aggravating us farther investigating the issue even after he knew my wife was in fact verbally assaulted by one of his employees. His huge epiphany and latest help was because I sound upset I'm threatening him so he won't help my wife! Who wouldn't be upset here? Isn't that his job to fix and help people, especially those mistreated by his employees, especially since he is THE only manager that can help? Well he is a useless figurehead that Expects you to conform and jump through hoops for weeks. So, I have contacted a lawyer and will be picketing them soon or worse if legally allowed, well unless the corporate contact I sent in on their website bears some fruit here. I want my wife taken care of after this horrific experience, if it was your wife wouldn't you?
