Horrible was there for over and hour to have the ENT come in and look for two seconds. Got stuck in super small exam room with two young kids. There for my 2 year old appointment, was not very kids friendly. Most of the staff give rude glares. The ENT does not have the best help, sent there to find out if my youngest needs tubes and he told me its my choice he really didn't care either way. And then when I started asking questions about tubes he gave me short answers with a look on his face as if I was dumb for not knowing how long the operation would take. The only thing I liked there was the one nurse we had she was nice. Other than that never coming back. Watertown hospital and dr offices around it are rude and horrible.
