Dr. Baird and Dr. Mike are the best doctors. They listen to you, and help you anyway they can. Dr. Hung is a good doctor to. I have been with them for years. As for the staff they treat me great. I am sorry some of you had bad experiences. Trust me I am a hard person to please, so if I say they are good I mean it.
In the positive side staff were extremely nice and friendly with my daughter.
Appt was at 2:45pm, I wasn't seen until 3:20pm. This is difficult as I had my 9 month old with me.
My 10 year old broke her clavicle. We were refered to Watertown orthopedic group and saw Dr. Peter Van Eenenaam. He was amazing. Great bedside manner and you could tell he truly loved his job and cared for his patients. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a orthopedic Dr.
This place is horrible. I had to give them a 1 to post, but they are a Zero rating. Dr's E.Powell and E.Shuman are the most rudest SOB's. Thier more concerned in their physical therapy business than addressing the real issues. I left there in 2013, after I was sent to therapy for 6 weeks to receive heat treatments for a neck and shoulder pain and ended up in hospital with two mini strokes. Went to SOS in Syracuse. Who found. 3 slipped disc, 4 pinched nerves, 2 compession fractures and multiple levels of stenosis,ddd, ostero arthritis, along with nerve conduction studies that showed damage for issues they never addressed in time, a rotator cuff impingement, 2 carpel tunnel surgeries, a mpt great toe fusion. Thank you Fredrick and Alan Lemley and Dr. Richard Distefino at SOS. And to North Country Ortho.Group, after 20 years of wasting my time in physical therapy. You down-right suck. People, don't be a fool. Go to SOS in Syracuse. You won't regret it.
I was told I would be prescribed two common meds, Mobic and Motrin, and a day later the pharmacy had no record of it. I called the nurses station and they had no record of this by Dr. Baird; I was told it would be at least 24 hours for him to see her note and she would call me after this.
FRUSTRATING experience.
Excellent same day surgery by Dr. Van and his group, in and out in 3 hours, very convenient, great care by staff and nurses! A great alternative to having to go to the hospital! Located on second floor of the Ortho building in the back. Very impressed!!
