Was not told until arriving that The cash only payment for an FAA medical exam is required before the service is even performed. Will not be going here again.

I have been a patient of urgent care for about 10 years, Dr minert did surgery on me many times. I find Dr Minert to be a very skillful and caring physician...I have been an Educator of 36 years, and I know Outstanding skills...if your lucky enough to have Dr Minert for your Surgery you will be more than Satisfied....!!!!!
I saw Jessica Robbins this past week 2 days in a row and had the worst experience I've ever had from any physician! She was upset I didn't go get a CAT scan like she told me to the night before and sent me home with no reseloution. When I can back earlier enough for blood work, since I can not afford an ER visit, let alone a CAT scan, she verbally attacked me in the waiting room. When I finally said "I am not going to the ER so you need to tell me my options", she rudely replied by saying, ”I will not discuss this with you in a crowded waiting room". Which, to me, seemed bizarre sice she came out to me and brought up my situation in the waiting room. In the long run, she gave me no relief, treatment, or any advice at all! Do not see her EVER if she is at Dr. Minaert's office!
