I had an issue with the flowers I ordered for mother's day, but the owner, Kevin, was very understanding and corrected the problem.
If I could rate this florist a zero - I would. I ordered an arrangement for a funeral that was to contain a blooming white peace lily. There was NO peace lily and the only color in the arrangement was GREEN for the leaves. The ONLY white was the ribbon. Customer service from Sherwood has been ZERO. I would recommend you go ELSEWHERE for phone in orders. This company does not produce a pictured, and they do not follow up on complaints.
