The store is very dated in appearance, but the staff is very helpful.

zero stars for today, when I called to inquire if I could return material, they said no problem, on cut pieces but no returns on remnants. What they didn't say is that I couldn't cut the cut piece. What the heck is the difference if I return the 6 yards of material and then purchase one yard? I'm especially upset that when I called, I was given wrong information and the manager of the Watertown, NY store did nothing about it.
