・ Couch came wrong Color!
・ i found a rip a new couch & they say they well send a Guy to take look at it.
・ guy didn't came to my house! He whent my next door WRONG HOUSE!! & he Never call me & he left!!
・Also they charge $39.00 for DELIVERY!
・ I never get phone call from him or if i call HIM they say "He's off today" or "launch" or "he just left"
....i wasn't happy
・Finally he call me & he say he can "SAW"this rip by his hand...i say NO! i wanna switch to new one!...i was deal with Those nonsense about 2Months....
salesman was nice but would not leave us alone. I just wish he would have pointed us in the direction we needed to go then let us be. We ended up leaving and bought elsewhere.
And guy told me that "FREE DELIVERY"....
・i had a enough so i Borrow the Truck Drove DOWN & took back "rip couch" & switch to new one
Decent (not the best) prices with good, convenient service. They made the purchase and delivery of my sofa easier than competitors with slightly lower prices.
2016 I spend about $1800.00 for section couch....

Found our newest entertainment stand for a great price. The gentleman who helped us was amazing all we had to do is pull up our picture of what we wanted from their web site and he knew where to locate one. These are too notch sales and service. The places is over 3 floors of furniture. They offer delivery and or pick up of your items. I must say it's almost like talking to a neighbor it was no pressure to buy. We knew what we wanted and got it with in a week from ordering.
No stars I wish could be an option! NEVER shop here what an absolute rip off. Didn't get my furniture for so long, they messed up the order and brought the wrong furniture which then extended the time yet again, tried putting in extra charges after I spent a ton already, had a hole and a piece of wood missing from my dining room chairs. I was not impressed in the least go to Massey's they'll match or beat the price and free delivery on everything!!!!!
