Great staff. Open 24 hours a day. Super clean facility. Cleanest locker room in town by far. Can't beat the price either, plus massage chairs and tanning beds.
True definition of mediocre, they have half the equipment of other gyms, and the staff can never be found. Unless you are new to going to the gym, or it just fits in your time frame, I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere for a decent workout.
I payed 99.00 to work out once that continue to collect their money regardless. Had to close my entire bank account . this place is horrible the manager is the rudest crudest person I've ever met!!!!!
Overall the place is pretty clean except for the end of the months when the place runs out of paper towels and you have nothing to clean the equipment with. Which as disgusting as that can be, it's not even the top of the list of issues. At the very top is the whiplash you get from the staff members. There's only three people that work there that are remotely nice and do their job. I don't know their names, but the two male staff members during the afternoons and the tiny little Hispanic with curly hair are the only staff members that can be seen cleaning and at the desk as opposed to running their months to their friends instead of working when they can clearly see that there is somebody at the desk waiting for them to sigh them into on of the booths or getting a drink. And are the only ones that seem to understand that customer service is what keeps people coming back. During the evenings and late nights, good luck finding help because they are all hiding in the office sleeping or goofing off making your black card completely useless because there's using the booths. You definitely get what you paid for, which explains why it's only 20 bucks.
They are straight thieves running the place. They used my account information to pay for someone else's membership and would not stop billing me until I threatened to get the police involved. Refused to refund my money for the stranger whos account was payed for by my bank account. I canceled my account and and come to find out they keep billing me and then refuse to refund me my money saying well WE don't have your paperwork. A pack of thieves and liars.
