I love Lowe's. I can always find what I am looking for (and often things I didn't know I needed!). The employees are super helpful and friendly.

Always love coming to this Lowe's. Very clean. Everything is easy to find. Prices are usually great. And staff is helpful and knowledgeable.
Very good prices. But the service is very poor. We placed a $2,500 order for flooring. Our contractor went to pick it up. The whole order was shrink wrapped into a huge load. The contractor asked that the shrink wrap be opened and the flooring be loaded in manageable loads into his truck. You would have thought that the contractor asked the service person to fly to the moon. He grumbled, was uncooperative and then got a phone call and left. My contractor and son ended up doing it all themselves. Where does Lowes hire its people?? Never again!!!
Good for small items. But they will put you through the wringer on big ticket items. From random arrival times for delivery to not giving you the full walk through on what accessories you will need for your new appliance, to sub contracting installations to folks who couldn't care less about your time or your house,it's rough. If you get a good sale price plan on problems after the purchase. Godspeed
