I am so freaking mad at this trashy bank. They don't even have a local office phone number all they have is 1800 with so many different options. When i come back to New York closing this bank is in my number 1 to do list. Waste of time trashy bank. Idiots
Cathy Feltz, based at this location, is a spectacular loan officer who will take care of your needs conscientiously and competently. AmeriCU's mortgage and construction loan programs are very competitive, but often it is the individual loan officer that really makes the difference. Cathy delivers; she's certainly one of the best in the North Country!
Never in my life have I ever felt so slighted by a bank teller. I went in to cash a 100 dollar check that had both mine and my husband's name on it and I was refused service. A woman by the name of Michelle Curtis proceeded to call me rude and she shoved my military ID off the counter. I just moved to new York and not being able to access my money for weeks is really doing damage on my family. The manager by the name of Rebecca, she refused to give me her last name, apparently also has poor work ethic in that she did not seem to care about the terrible customer service I was receiving. I could not be more serious in tell you, whoever you are, DO NOT open a banking account here.
Tellers are often rude and there is always a long wait
Im sorry these people all seemed to have bad experience with them. My family has been using americu for the past atleast 10 years and never had a problem with anyone. And they are always willing to help witb any issues we have had.
