After a year, I moved out to Buffalo with my fiancé. He came into some financial troubles and was starting to get charged by a corporate bank. Obviously it was not right that he is getting charged for depositing money into an account. I decided that enough was enough. I talked to him about Northern and told him that since I am still a member he qualifies. We both now have our accounts with Northern Credit Union and I could not be happier. It's been such a pleasure to watch them grow and change the way banking is done.
no contact with teller been calling sense 830 and noboby answers as well as no number for leray branch kinda hard to figure out stuff if no one will answer
Very enthusiastic staff! Went out of there way in setting up my new account. Made setting up the features for using their mobile app. a breeze with step by step assistance, one in one.
I worked for Northern Credit Union for a little over a year in the call center. I would also frequently go around to different branches and work remotely and assist with teller work. To start, working there was absolutely phenomenal! They set the foundation for my banking career and I can never repay them for that.
Living in Buffalo, there are no branches out here. I love that I get my ATM fees refunded, but at the same time, with the co-op branches, I am able to visit almost any Credit Union down here and get access to my accounts at Northern. Even though my branch that I go to does not say Northern Credit Union, it still certainly has the same feel as being back home. I would highly recommend Northern Credit Union to anyone!
It sad that a business in our local community that has 700 million in assets or cash per say. Does not have a real google page. They are not existent on Facebook! Every bank is on Facebook. Like really? They must be worried about their bad customer service. I was 1 month late on my car loan. I contacted them and they told me to contact their attorneys. Conboy, Kendell and Jackson. Etc in Watertown.. What great customer service they have!!
