HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! Took them two months to fix an issue with my sound driver and when I specifically told them the data wasn't backed up and not erase it they did the opposite. My computer/tablet is a 64 GB and now after they erased everything because of problems they fixed without my permission I now have a completely wiped computer with 10 GB available that took them two months to do
I was helped by a young woman, I forgot her complete name but it started with a C, at Geek Squad, I am from Holland and had a broken laptop, she eagerly helped me with a smile and even ran for me at some point, that was too much too ask. I would recommend this place to everyone, just because of her.
