Bernardos always has excellent Pizza, but tonight they went above and beyond. I had ordered mushrooms on my pizza and they ended up running out. So they ended up giving me money off my pizza, a free two liter and an extra ranch sauce. Thank you Bernardo's for not only pizza but amazing service. I will continue to refer here.
A little on the pricey side, but seems to be pretty comparable for the area. Ordered pizza and wings tonight and both were great! Cheese was brown and wings were crispy. Only complaint is their sweet and spicy sauce was definitely sweet, but not so spicy. We will be back!
I'm not sure what Mr. Submarines was smoking when he wrote that, but this pizza missed the mark by a mile. As a pizza connoisseur, I can attest that this pizza deserves the 1 measly star I am giving it. It tastes similar to something from the frozen isle at the supermarket. Only microwaved. The website shows a nice, round, hot pizza. What I received was a disheveled, rectangular, luke-warm pie. While I have never eaten pizza on a submarine 10,000 leagues under the sea, I have enjoyed my fair share of Italy's greatest import. I will never order from Bernardo's again, and frankly, Bernardo should be ashamed.
I haven't been in watertown long enough to know if this place was ever good at one point, but every time I step into this place, it looks like everyone there hates their job. I'm sure at one point the owner was passionate about their business, but it's obvious that this place is cutting corners anywhere they can and trying to pass themselves off as a high quality pizza place.
2. The food here is low quality, but they try and sell it as if its high quality. The pizza is the only PASSABLE thing here and it's debate-able if its even better than Dominos. The rest of the food on the menu is 90% frozen. And what isn't frozen is so bland that you wouldn't want it anyway. The above reviewer who complained about their spaghetti and salad is right... There is no flavor. And all of their food looks like a 10 year old made it (go look at pictures of their salads. It's the most basic, no effort salad you can get).
Don't buy into any of the 5 star reviews. I have a feeling they are fake / family. Let me give you a quick run down of the pros and cons of this place.

The fact that this place has so many high reviews makes me believe that either bernardos used to be good at one point, the reviews are fake, or people in watertown have no idea what good pizza taste like. Either way I'm astounded that this place even stays in business.

Best Pizza and Italian food. We have tried every Pizza place in Watertown and this place is the best ever in my 30 years here. You have to atleast try it. And decide for yourself.
1. Too expensive for what it is. A small 2 topping pizza will run you around $15 here. For that price you could buy a large pizza almost anywhere else. And their 'deals' SUCK. does a large pizza with a large salad and a 2 litter sound like it's worth $35 before tax? Maybe if the pizza was high quality, but ill get into why its not...
