For some unknown reason, longhorns has attempted to discontinue Italian salad dressing. However, the manager did run to olive garden for me, after I told him I'd go grab a bottle from walmart. One of our parties steak was burnt, fries over cooked and unseasoned. My chicken tasted under cooked, and whatever they use for gravy was completely disgusting. And lastly, the third member of our party never even got his meal, and until I asked where it was??

I love Longhorn but we love Danielle as server , she make our experience a great one . My other experiences with other servers are not good at all.
They are not usually like this, and I don't usually complain , but it may be awhile before we return.
Steak was so bland amd covered in a gross sauce.

For a $75 bill the food should be amazing! For a boldly seasoned steak this was the most bland piece of meat. A totally horrible experience!! Will never go again.

Bagged salad with stuff on it
Server was more than competent, she did a great job. Our food arrived in a timely manner. My childs steak was tough and difficult to eat. My Parmesan crusted chicken was extremely salty but edible, until one bite was a large gob of just chicken fat that obviously the cook decided not to trim off. I had to spit it out...I felt nauseous and couldn’t eat the rest. I had the macaroni as a side, it presented well but was processed tasting and a bit runny. I am really disappointed in my food for the cost. The management seemed to pick and choose which tables he felt like checking into...mine was not one of them. I personally will not make an effort to return to this location.
My husband and I went to LongHorn Steakhouse in Watertown for the first time tonight on our 13th wedding anniversary. The server who led us to our seat, Danielle, was wonderful. We were immediately served warm bread and butter and were asked if we had ever been there before. We told Danielle we had not, and she went out of her way to fully explain the menu and the food. Our food was delicious. Danielle stayed by our table to make sure that our steaks were made exactly as we had ordered and waited until we cut into it and told her what we thought. Both steaks were perfect. Her service was exceptional and very attentive. She even went out of her way to give us a free dessert and offered it as take out if we were too full to eat it for our anniversary, which we were. The restaurant atmosphere was very nice. There were large tables full, yet we still received service like we were the only ones there. Very friendly, attentive staff, excellent food and service. We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience.
