I highly suggest no one use this moving company
They came on time & did the survey of my household goods & actually wrote things down (which started off good because two other companies didn't even take any notes). I was supposed to receive a price quote for packing and moving 2 days later, but it never came. I guess they don't want my business...
My husband and I moved back home today. We were were given the Felice moving company to move us. We ended up with so many problems.
On top of that he had to use bolt cutters to cut the locks off of the truck because he did not have the keys!
Now when I got there today he called me and had the wrong address and was in the wrong town. Eventually he got to the right address.
The driver then spent the day making every excuse as to why is was not his fault. "The pole must have been rotted" , "the pole was leaning." Also making comments that he has done worse and similar things to this. Accepted no responsibility.
He pulled in our drive way came inside then decided to move his truck forward. Instead of going straight forward for some reason he went right and knocked over a telephone pull and pulled down the lines. The town and state cops along with the electric companies all had to come (super embarrassing) they ended up having to shut off the power to everyone on the street (great first impression on the new neighbors).

So first they were supposed to deliver our household goods Friday so I planned to leave Fort Drum on Thursday since it is a 5 hour drive home. Yesterday the driver calls my husband telling him that he is in the neighboring town asking if he could bring our good right then. My husband told him that was not possible since I was still in NY. So we agreed on Thursday and I would head there on Wednesday. He then calls me a few hours later asking the same thing he had already asked my husband. If he could bring our goods right then. Again I told him it was not possible and he said his boss said if he had to wait until Thursday they would be putting our stuff in a storage unit. So we agreed that today we would do it and I immediately drove here to meet him for today.
