Good crew. They may not have the truck you need, but if you give them warning, they'll bring it up from Syracuse.
This place froze not only the deposit but the estimated mileage as well. Now it's 3 days later and still nothing credited back to my account. Just called corporate and they said it would take 5 to 7 days to be processed. None of this was told to us at the time we made the reservation and picked up the truck..
Way too expensive, plenty of other truck places thast are less than half the cost.
DO NOT RENT FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY!!!
Great service and very helpful with starting the trip. The guy inspected vehicle with me, he showed me how everything worked, and he gave me tips on returning my vehicle the right way, without incurring costs. Vehicles go show hills and mountains, FYI.
They don't care at all and their attitude reflects that.
Will never rent from this place again. All other truck rental companies that we have used have taken a deposit and then charged back to our card once the truck was returned.
Now these idiots are blaming my bank (which is a fantastic local bank).
