I have used this cab service several times. They have been punctual and friendly every time. The dispatch tends to be a bit curt, but for the price it is a good value.
Dispatch was rude and told me that if I had just looked outside I would’ve seen the cab, I had been staring out the window since I called the cab. Then when the driver got there he got offended when I had asked for a card for someone to speak, and said I was a liar calling the dispatch lady rude. They’re always just mean and miserable. Would rather recommend someone to walk to their destinations than to call this place.
I need the number to a cab company that won't hangup without telling me if the cab is coming.
They have a very bad reputation that I have experienced myself with them. Called them 1 hour before to take me to JCC and driver showed up 1hour late Also they charged me 20$ from the square where I live to JCC. They are super expensive, rude,... I will never call them again as I would rather pay for a better service than their trashy service
