I drove 1,000 miles (with my dog) to help my daughter recover from surgery. My dog had a severe bout of GI distress & she received excellent care from this facility.
I had been here a time or 2 before and had gotten good service....then an emergency happened....my senior dog had a seizure and had to be rushed in after hours....Dr. Young was so amazing with him and with me. I was more of a mess than he probably. I have never had that kind of experience at ANY vet in ANY state. We have been to many places seeing as we are military. Any Military families moving to this area I strongly suggest you use The Animal Doctors. I appreciate you more than you know Dr. Young.
Snarky front desk. "Concerned" money grubbing staff. Avoid unless you make O-6 pay or above. Paid $250+ for an in-house Lyme disease test, and pain medication.
I have always had good experiences here. They seem to genuinely care for my dogs, in my opinion. Dr. Kyle was very knowledgeable and cared a lot about my pup. The prices are very steep (reason for 4 stars instead of 5) but otherwise, I’ve always been pleased. Last visit, I had scheduling conflicts and had to bring my 6 month old.. it was interesting, to say the least. I was kind of a mess that day... But they even helped me back to the truck and put my 70 lb Rottweiler up into the cab for me while I took care of the baby. She totally didn’t have to do that! (I wish I could remember her name.. I’m awful with names, but if you see this thanks again!)
Very friendly and attentive staff and Vets. Appointments are quick and easy. Clean office and easily accessible. However with premium quality expect to pay a premium price. Highly recommended
