Becca is a wonderful hairstylist and a genuinely kind young Lady. I have followed my newest hairdresser to JCPenney styling salon and I recommend her to anyone who wants to feel trust in the person doing their hair. I'll definitely go back !! Keep up the fabulous work !
Very disappointed. I have been going here for years. I went in to have my long thick curly hair cut to shoulder length with layers. Well let's just say it was cut to chin length, and so uneven. I can't do anything with it. I called 2 days later to complain and they told me they would have the stylist who cut my hair call me back. It's been 5 since I called and never heard back. I spent 32 on a hack job. I would have been OK with anything but they couldn't even call me back. Time to find a new place I suppose.
Not enough registers open, super long lines, wait time in line was so long, almost not worth it. However i did save a lot of $ with the sales and coupons,
Cashier at jewelry counter was not friendly or professional. Front counter cashier was excellent and the manager (Joyce) was very good and apologized for our bead experience. We shop at Penny's allot and will continue too.
The employees are really nice and they always have items on sale. Love it
