I am sitting here at tj maxx being told by the manager on duty that I cannot return an item that was purchased and hour ago because the receipt never ended up in my bag . Awesome staff, completely rude and disrespectful. As a customer service manager myself, I hate being that customer but that kind of service is something I only see at good ol Walmart . Terrible absolutely terrible. Shame on you for having a manager treat customers that way .
Horrible! Wouldn't take a return with the tag and receipt! Because the tag description didn't match what the computer came up with! Ridiculous! Will never shop here again and will never suggest to anyone ever!
