Normally I like going to pro nails and will drive a hour for better service and quality after today I will probably not be back. The guy wanted to argue over polish and powder and then charged me 38 dollars for a fill. The set only cost 34 two weeks ago. $5 to remove the original polish give me a break.
I am new to the area, so was looking for a reliable professional place. This place not only disappointed me but also financially cheated me. All I had done was a pedicure w gel polish & gel dips on my nails which they told me would cost $35 + $5 to take the Polish off.. so how is it I'm charged $90. Which means my pedicure cast $50 than. I tried to dispute but not able to understand n just wanted the $90. On top of all that in one week 3 of my nails broke off. I'm telling you what upsets me the most is the sloppy job they did on my nails. In Utica I would pay $70 with excellent quality n my nails never broke.
They are very nice and will do anything you’d like! Very relaxing and an enjoyable atmosphere!
Worst gel manicure I've ever had. I went to this salon this Monday, and asked for a gel manicure. The man who did my nails made every finger bleed. I hope the person before me didn't have an infection, because he took the cuticle scissors out of his drawer, when they were clearly dirty and had not been sanitized. Then, I asked for a round shape, and he refused. He did a horrible job painting my nails. I had to get them redone today (at a different salon, obviously). Horrible, dirty, unsanitary, and rude. Don't go here!
