The food here was fantastic and very reasonably priced. It's a small space so seating is limited, the server was polite and respectful, and everything we ate was just awesome (some things we tried for the first time). Definitely going back!
Not so hot. The seating was uncomfortably close. You know the place where a two-seater is so next to the other that we should just push the tables together and all chat. The food was okay. I think I liked the decor and the idea better than the execution. We will make our own Greek food in the future to check out another spot.
Food: The gyros are what I would expect for a gyro. The lamb is by far the best. The chips are homemade, which puts them above bagged chips, but they need some more (or other) seasoning to really put them over the top for me.
The dessert in itself is worth going for. Highly recommend the baklava or the baklava cheesecake.
Overall we love the food. Everyone has always been nice and made sure we were taken care of (to include delivery drivers).
I had a taste for Greek and this restaurant could not have fulfilled that desire for me anymore than it did. Everything on the menu sounds amazing when reading it all over which makes it very difficult to choose something if you've ever had Greek food. It's all amazing! I always get the falafel whenever I am at a Greek restaurant. This place prepares it a little differently. Instead of round meatball-like falafel, they give you flat pattie-like falafel which was still really good but I prefer the first way more. I was impressed with how quickly the main course was ready. Almost as soon as we had finished the falafel. I got the 3-Meat Combo. It was excellent although I feel like the chicken could have been a little more juicy. I covered everything in Tzatziki sauce. Whether the chicken was dry or not, it adds a ton of flavor. I somehow managed to finish every last bite with the help of the waitress keeping my drink filled.
Their delivery is great. We live their gyros and baklava. However, eating in is not the best. I feel rather cramped in the very small dining area. Last time I went in it was hot, so we took our food to go.
I would give Apollo 5 stars, but there are a few mishaps.
Good food for the category, prompt service, pleasant and efficient staff. Reasonable prices. I've only been here once but I would come again
