I used to like this place but now that they do not do a discount for firefighter they have lost my business. And they use to offer it all the time when i asked. If your going to not offer it put a sign out to notify the customer. The worker was rude and didn't even look at me to tell me. She had her back turned to me and could ever let me finish speaking.
Every time I come to this location they make sure I'm good. Always fresh and hot and customer service is always amazing and through the roof.
First chipotle! Not too bad for ~fast food. A little intimidating because they are shouting so many questions at you. One of the staff members who happened to be on break was kind enough to answer a few allergy related questions. I'd go back!
Great food as always. However minus 1 star for the queso. I really wanted to like it, trust me. I'm a huge fan of Chipotle. It seems like they missed the mark on the queso. Maybe it's authentic...idk, but I didn't care for it. Other than the food, the staff was super friendly and nice!
This chipotle was disgusting when my wife and I visited it on 8-31-2017 at about 1:30. It was not very busy but the line moved extremely slowly (probably had something to do with the employees inability to speak in an audible manner behind the counter). Finally after 10 minutes we finally ordered our food, while my wifes bowl was just fine, I ordered a burrito with steak and some other ingredients. But then the time came to roll my burrito and this man made a travesty out of my burrito. I can not even fathom how you mess up rolling a burrito like this man did. We finally paid for our food and went to go sit down but at this chipotle, all the tables had the remains of the last customers food and drinks. So we decided to sit outside. The weather was fair so it was comfortable but they failed to provide a trash can outside. I highly suggest staying away from this place until the owner or upper management can reevaluate the condition and it's employees.
