I love their food. It's delicious don't get me wrong but I think I may wait awhile before ordering from them again. Ordered a pizza and some wings last night and it took them over an hour to get there. Called a second time to find out if they'd gotten lost and it turned out that they didn't write down my address and number correctly. And instead of apologizing for their mistake they blames me for not telling the person who took my order my apartment number, which wouldn't have made any difference since my building is secure and you can't just walk in. Anyway, after clearing the address situation up it took them another 5 mins to get their. The driver called saying her was outside and I specifically told them not once, not twice, but three times that I live on Mullin not Holcomb, and the driver went to Holcomb. I literally waited for him to walk around for 4 mins because they can't follow simple directions. Finally got the food and it wasn't even warm. The food is usually good but I didn't enjoy it last night. Yes people make mistakes but a big part of good customer service is listening to directions. Do better.
Great place to get pizza for a crowd. The prices are average for the area.
I order from Papa Tinos whenever I get in a craving for buffalo chicken wing pizza and/or wings and I have not been disappointed once! My food comes in about an hour from when the order is placed and it is still delicious and hot upon arrival. Their staff is courteous when they take my call as well as when they deliver the food. I definitely would recommend them to anyone who wants pizza and wings!
Fast service. They serve a MEAN gyro. the tzatziki is an absolute must try for those who enjoy cucumber like myself. The salads and the choice of dressings are fantastic. I suggest either the mandarin orange or concord grape. They lend a very nice flavor to your favorite salad.
Would be a 5, as I do love their food...BUT we order once a week just about every week. Basically the same order. They offer a "Chicken Club Salad" When I attempt to order it the associate either tells me they don't have such a thing or they just ring in any chicken salad. If neither of those things happen (I'm excited at this point) it's more likely than not the salad delivered is wrong. Disappointing, but their wings are so good I'll still give them my business. Overall, the associates are quite friendly. Greeted with a smile at every delivery.
