After living here for over a year we have felt frustrated and disappointed with our dining experiences. Tonight we went to Red Robin for my husband's birthday. We had such an amazing experience. The food was delicious and well made. Our orders were timely. Our server Whitney was polite, attentive and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back. Our new go to for family dinners out with our teenagers.
I'd give it a four star review, but we waited 45-60 minutes for our food to be prepared. Even accounting for the party (5 adults and 3 children), it seemed excessive. The atmosphere, food, and service were good. Had to ask a few times for refills/napkins, but very friendly.
About 4-5 minutes before we were greeted at the front desk another 3-5 minutes before the server came. Apparently only 2 servers and one bartender to work the Tuesday lunch hour. Onion Rings were the best part of the meal. Limitless Steak Fries tasted like they were in the freezer too long - fresh never frozen potatoes would bring me back. Low gluten low quality bun disentigrated before I could finish the burger though the burger did have some pink to it as I ordered it. Only other time I ate at a Red Robin was near Arlington Heights, IL which was quite well run considering it was a busy Saturday.
4. Manager did make it right, but this was my first time at Red Ribin. I'm unimpressed and underwhelmed, especially considering the price.
1. The drinks took 20 minutes to arrive. Beer not cold. Milkshake liquefied. And the water we asked for first had to be asked for again after the drinks came.
Pleasantly surprised with tasty burger and the steak fries were great. Top that off with $3.50 bud lights and you have a great cheap experience!
3. Waitress was very attentive, with everyone else.
2. 2 people: food arrived 5 minutes aparth not hot! Burger and fries & a burger wrap.
Wait Staff here including the bartender were very nice, efficient and contentious despite being under staffed.
