Two weeks ago I sent a package FedEx and it got there fine. What has changed? WHERE IS MY PROPERTY?????
Delivery date was supposed to be Wednesday. Time delivered stated 2:56pm, except there was nothing there. Two and a half hours later their tracking site showed :"left at front door". Still NOTHING was there except the snow that was piled up. The snow was undisturbed. No foot prints, no package. Either it was left at the wrong house or something sinister is going on. I can't get any answers because I can not call the local facility. All I can do is call the 800 number. Does any have a local number to the facility on Fisher road?
Went to make a return with a fedex return label emailed to me. This location has a older male that claims immediately that they cannot scan or print the barcode although the fedex website states the location can. The email also stated I would have a timeframe to use this label once I opened it. He waa not polite or knowledgeable because a female came from the back, scanned and told him it didnt work because you did not click 'return'. She then taped my package and off it went. Whereas he was prepared to send me to another location 20mins out because hes not knowledgeable in his capabilities & systems at this location.
The lady behind the counter at the FedEx on Fisher Road is AWESOME! She is very polite, always has a smile and always helpful.
When to fed ex on a Saturday morning to mail some papers. The lady working the front desk questioned my parenting and was extremely rude to my children. Mind you my children are very well behaved ! This woman needs to her job and not worry about mine !
