I would have rated it 5 stars had it not been for the POOR customer service I have received from Liz, the cashier on BOTH occasions.
Once it's paid nothing is said either.
No matter what day or time if day and you go in there, the best of the best, have a sold sign and employees are buying it. That is UNFAIR!!! An employee should not be allowed to purchase items when they are working! Nor should they be allowed to post a pick up sticker to pick up later (payday). They also sell things cheaper to Dealers and Collectors..That is just WRONG!!!! Wednesday's are the only day I go there . They put everything that the workers, Dealers and Collectors didn't buy on half price sale. I can usually find something. I have complained about this for YEARS and it must go in one ear and right out the other!!!!!!
I love the Impossible Dream store they always have great stuff. When you're on a budget this store comes in handy.
She doesn't interact with me even though I attempt to, she just rings items up and gives me a total.
Very affordable items specially when they are on sale or Promotion, there are freebies items on table, but the inventory of items are limited, but great store for savvy thrift hunters
Whether a volunteer or employee I'm sure some training is required, customer service is KEY in obtaining return customers.
Lots of things at a wide variety. Very cheap for good quality used items. Would reccommend before buying new.
The prices are great, as I have gone in twice to find browse and have come out with odds and ends.
