Yestoday, I went to there. I try to open the new unlimited plan single line with my unlock iphone. they told me my iphone is not good for verizon. so I show the MEID check to the sale. they try to give me add other MIFI line w/contract . I said NO. I need single line for the new unlimited plan. just give me the price. They said I need pay $128/month with tax/autopay/military Discounted. I said WHAT? after 2 minutes talking, They said $102. I said HOW? they even use Calculator type 80*1.15=92.
Plus after upgrading they rushed my smart switch from the note7 to galaxy 7 & made me loose everything. Just because they didn't want to work late...
be careful, they try to rob you

Thanks Cole, I would have waited to do my smart switch on my Samsung phone but I guess the customer was not important enough.

Usually good service, but their verzion cloud is a shameless attempt to get more money out of you when Google backs your music, photos, & pictures for free unlimited space.
SLOW, poor at answering sales and technical questions, won't warm you what bargains are starting next week...
