We are summer residents in nearby Cape Vincent, NY. It can be very intimidating and stressful finding a good, reliable auto repair shop when you are far from home. After 9 years of summer residency we have finally found THE auto repair shop! I knew I could trust these guys from the moment I walked in the door. The shop and all the employees set forth an atmosphere of honesty, integrity, hard work, fun and open communication. I came in for a loud exhaust and needed an inspection done, fully expecting that I would be walking out with an entirely new exhaust system and an empty wallet. To my surprise, I was brought back to see that my exhaust pipe was split in two and could be easily fixed. However, my car did fail the inspection, needed a part that wouldn't be available until the next morning. These guys gave me a loaner PT Cruiser to use until my car was ready the next morning. My car was fixed and inspected for a very.reasonable price and most importantly, I felt I was treated with respect. Watertown Midas has earned a new lifetime customer!
