Wrong...wrong, wrong, wrong. My A/C stopped working a few months later when I actually needed it Fast forward to about a month ago when I finally took it in to get looked at, Parsons had disconnected my A/C line and just left them hanging. Our Upstate new York weather rusted my whole A/C system out. I have to now replace the entire system which is 1300 dollars. Thank you Parsons! I wouldn't recommend this place to someone I hated.

They were supposed to fix my rear windshield wiper motor. They admitted to breaking my wiper arm while doing the work and CHARGED ME FOR WHAT THEY BROKE!!!!! This place is a scam. Do not take your car here!
About a year and a half ago I took my car in to get an alternator replaced. They had to take apart the whole front end of my car, price wasn't bad and I haven't had any issues with it since. When I picked it up they told me they recharged the A/C. That's cool right?
This shop will fix your car, break or leave something loose, so they can get more money from you. They are a bunch of scam artists and crooks. Shame on you guys, I plan on getting you black listed from fort drum.
