Very nice hotel, fresh coffee in lobby is a bonus. Good breakfast included with stay.
I travel widely and use Best Western as often as possible. I have found the Best Western at Fort Drum to be a great deal for the money. The staff, room and breakfast are great.
The rooms are nice and clean. There Is plenty of space for the three if us that are staying. The pool is also nice with the balcony outside. The staff are very kind as well.

I'm no stranger to hotels. I've stayed in many and worked in one. That being said, the staff here was great. They were friendly and helpful. Room was not bad, could use some updating, but the beds were comfortable and clean. Shower didn't drain well which is probably the cause of the less than ideal condition we found it in. The one major flaw we found was in the breakfast. I understand a free breakfast buffet is becoming more and more rare in the industry, but if you're going to offer one, try to make the food edible. It was gross. The coffee offered was some of the worst I've ever had. I took one sip and dumped it. Overall experience was good though and I would recommend staying, just look for breakfast elsewhere.
We stayed there on a Sunday, and there isn't much life later in the day/evening. There aren't a lot of eating establishments open on Sunday. We were very fortunate to find a little pub on the river called Maggie's. Great staff, basic but good grub.
Beds were a little squeaky , but otherwise ok, very nice updated bathroom.
Would recommend this hotel to stay at.
The staff are great, the breakfast was plentiful with a good selection of items. The room had been updated and was clean. The floor hallway was extremely dated, making it look dingy and unclean.
Benches to sit outside in nice weather and enjoy coffee and sites.
