Front desk was very polite and helpful. Housekeeping was polite and room was very clean. Breakfast selecting was fair. Price for laundry was good. Only negative is the vending machines, they need to be refilled and updated.
This hotel is located within a few minutes drive of the Salmon Run mall, as well as many major stores: Walmart, Sam's Club, Target, Kohl's, Big Lots, to name a few. If you are headed to Watertown to shop, this is a great place to stay. The staff is friendly, and very quick to respond to your needs. They also provide a hot/cold Continental breakfast.
Comfortable rooms. Pleasant staff. Decent hot breakfast. May just have been our room but we had a hard time getting our key cards to read in the door. Would come back
Great Hotel with friendly staff. They have breakfast included and comfortable rooms. The van can take you if you are going somewhere close, which is great in case you don't want to walk or it's winter time! Lately when booking hotels, it just seems that as you go up in price, the least the client gets. Instead here you pay a reasonable price and you still get a complementary breakfast and Free Popcorn at night!
Beds looked fresh. Bathroom was clean. Best of all was breakfast, it was just what I like...Greek yogurt, banana and other fruit. Apparently, bananas are hard to come by in Upstate New York. I'm from Southern California and everybody has bananas! But this was the only hotel that had them during our week-long journey.
