I was very happy with the accommodations. Our room was very spacious and very clean. They have a nice indoor swimming pool, that is heated. They offer breakfast and they serve dinner. Prices were very reasonable.
Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Rooms are clean. Free coffee around the clock. There is a decent breakfast as well. Internet is slow, but free. Fridge is bigger than expected. Microwave is big enough to actually pop a full bag of popcorn. Bed is comfy and there was a firm pillow! What else you need?
There was free breakfast buffet style and complimentary soups when we arrived in the evening. Super friendly staff, from the front desk to the person who cleaned our rooms and prepared the food.

We have had a great three days at our "home away from home" in the newly renovated Holiday Inn Watertown. Everything about this hotel is top quality with caring, friendly staff. Great to see Charlotte and Seth again. No room for improvement here folks !
Will definitely stay there if ever in Watertown again. Just wish there was more hotels like them around.
