The waiting area is nice, and the ladies at the service department are very kind. However, I’ve had my Chevy Cruze in 3 times within the past 7 months for the horrid gasoline smell coming through my defrost and vents when my heat is on. (Heat & defrost is on a lot up here in the winter). I took it in the first time in April 2017, paid for a $100 diagnostic, and they could not smell the fuel smell that me and my family are dealing with. Was told to bring it back if I continued to smell it or if it got worse. Took it back a month later in May 2017, they couldn’t smell anything the same day I took it in so they decided to keep it over night to also see if anything is leaking. Was told that the mechanics did end up smelling the fuel smell and they replaced some type of canister, and here I am into it another $200+. Still continued to smell the fuel smell, but not as strong because I wasn’t using the heat or defrost in the summer. Started smelling it again around August/September when the heat was being used more. In Novemeber 2017 I was forced to have it towed to the dealer, because my battery had died in my driveway (that’s another story) and I was still having the fuel smell odor. Told them while my battery was being replaced about the awful smell that was causing me to have to drive it with the windows down because it was so strong. They replaced the intake manifold and valve cover, (also my battery).I am now almost $800 into it again. Was told when I picked it up there was no longer a fuel smell. Drove it home from Watertown to Ft. Drum and I’m STILL smelling what smells like a can of gasoline in the passenger seat. So sick of paying their high priced diagnostics, paying for labor and parts, & MY PROBLEM ISN’T EVEN BEING FIXED. Very frustrated with the service department here. Not to mention if you bring it in for a oil change you wait anywhere from 2-2.5 hours in the waiting room. I would also like to add that I took my vehicle in for an oil change & a month later my My Link radio screen went out. Found that a little odd. I feel as if you go in and then come out with more issues than you did when you walked in. They wanted $1,900 just to replace my radio... NOT HAPPENING.

We just purchased a 2017 Chevy Traverse last week. Service was excellent. We knew we wanted an suv with at least 6 seats. Darrell got it right on the first try.

I was placed as the primary on a huge truck loan for the soldier I was DATING. From 400 miles away. There was faxed paperwork, a false explanation and a please hurry. Basically took advantage of my good credit score. Yes, I signed it. Lesson learned. Think it doesn't happen to many young military couples? I wonder. Be careful, girls.

Just bought a 2017 GMC Denali 2500 HD and was very happy with the way I was treated. Brooke from sales worked well with Chris S. to ensure all my needs were met (very picky about exactly what I wanted within the truck) they also were able to bring the truck to my house and finalize all the paperwork there to save us a lot of time. There was a slight crack on the windshield that I noticed the day after they dropped it off, I immediately took it to them and they have already ordered a replacement and I will have it replaced later this week (will update review if necessary depending on service) Would recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a new/used car in the future. Thank You again

Update: While this wasn't the dealers fault, I didn't feel like they worked diligently enough on my behalf. I had to follow up multiple times. They eventually paid me $800 out of the whole cost. Fast forward a year and a half, the replacement tires only lasted 18 Months. Bought tires for approximately $770 from Monroe and we are still good.

I bought a 2014 Cadillac ATS 3.6 AWD here back in June of 2013. The car was mostly flawless until I discovered all 4 tires were defective. In a hurry, I paid for new tires ($1,000+) out of pocket because I couldn't wait 4 days to get my car back. I live 65 Miles away. Long story short is they won't warranty any part of the tire even though Michelin had previously said they would at a local garage. The only reason I went to the dealership in the first place is because the Service Manager said Cadillac covers 60% of the tires as opposed to Michelin's 40%. Oh, and this whole event took 3 weeks in order to find out that they weren't going to do a thing. Needless to say I will not buy another GM vehicle or a vehicle from Davidson.
