Went in for an inspection for two vehicles, took the first in they charged us $80.00 to tighten a barring they.claimed was loose(our vehicle had just had a tune up the previous month at a different location) and to.replace two light bulbs. Paid it got my sticker following day car #2 they want to charge us $700.00+ to replace a tie rod and to only look at the possibly broken emergency brake. We called BS took our vehicle to Sears tie rod was fine and they did a minor adjustment to the emergency brake for free. Total.cost from Sears $0.00 went back to gwizz with the "problems" fixed and they would not give us our sticker went to an oil change/inspection site car passed without a problem. BEWARE OF GWIZZ they should be black listed
I will not go back to this location for auto repair, inspection or car rental. I will let you, the reader, be the judge of their service. Hopefullly, they will realize that dishonesty is not how one should conduct business.

I brought my truck here for a check engine light... upon running a diagnostic they determined my evap emissions solenoid needed replacing. I waited over 2 hrs for the work to be completed and payed $450 for the repair. 2 weeks later the light came on again, and indicated n evap leak. The test to find the leak cost me another $80 and the source of the leak was a hose left completely unclamped after the prior repair.
My car wouldn't start so I had it towed there. They had it for a week and couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. They left the keys in the ignition and killed the battery while they had it. They told me it was something in the security system and I needed to take it to a dealer. I had it towed to the dealer and they found it had a blown fuse. I wish I had taken it to the dealer to start with. I could have saved myself the tow bill, cost of a new battery, and the diagnostic fee for them to tell me that it was the security system.
I am not impressed with this location on Leray Street. I went in for an annual inspection and I was asked by the front clerk for some paper work from another auto facility. I wanted to personally get if from my car because it was not visibly seen. After spending a couple of minutes reasoning with this guy as to why I wanted to be the one to go through my car and not have him do it, especially since I cannot see him, he allowed me into the garage. Right away I noticed that someone had already taken the liberty to go through some files in my back seat, got the paperwork and tried to put it in the same spot-FAILURE!..especially when there's a greasy finger print left on the paper!
Secondly, the clerk and the guy who deals with auto repair insisted that I give them the quote from another facility that I was given for my car so that they could go off that estimate instead of creating one of their own. To me, that is a sign of laziness, especially since this is going through an insurance company. I expect it to be more professional than that.
