My then new car is taken in for it's first oil change costing me almost a hundred dollars...

Service Department is a big negative.

Which was my first negative experience shortly after buying my car... Sold me on "rust proofing" and was promised that they would not coat my engine bay with brown stuff.

I've had some of the same issues as other recent reviewers. Absolutely horrific experience(s) with their service/warranty department. After 6 1/2 weeks they still have made ZERO progress on a requested warranty repair. I have followed up with them 5+ times and everyone seems to blame someone else. I spoke with someone in the GM's office to pushed me to someone else in warranty. Two weeks ago and now..... nothing.

Larry was great! Had a small issue with my Dodge and Larry came out during his lunch hour to help me fix my car. Customer service is on point!

This is the place to buy a truck or car the service is the best ever that's why I drive 2 plus hours to get a truck make the trip you will not be sorry

Which you can save on if you purchase over the internet through a Mopar warehouse.

Oil change complete.. I leave.. 2 days later I check the oil and it's black as tar.

This place is not worthy of having the dodge brand tied to it.

Got my new car back with just the opposite, plastic engine cover and all.. the sales and service staff kept saying that was normal..

Parts Department is a positive.

Sales Department I have not dealt with for 5 years.. though Sales and Service go hand in hand.

So I only buy parts there .. which typically have an insane markup on price.

But here's the kicker..

Brought in my own oil for an oil change in our Challenger. Asked them to simply place the partially used bottle in a garbage bag I provided to ensure no oil spilled in the trunk. They couldn't even execute that simple request.

Needless to say it was the last time I trusted anyone selling me anything there.

It shows conventional dinosaur oil, when the car called for full synthetic oil that cost more than $10 per quart. This was the first oil change too.

Needless to say it was the last time anyone in that service department would touch my car.

I look at the sticker on the windshield for the oil service and .. guess what??

However, the person who sold me the package was claimed to

Stopped to look around and left with a new pickup. To good of a deal to pass up. Take notice Davidson auto center
