When we went to Fuccillo's we told Jim exactly what we wanted/needed and that we didn't want to be given the same hassle. Jim got us the keys, we took the car for a spin, came back and right away Ryan asked us in his office.

This was not what we expected and the whole process went very smoothly. both Jim F (Our Salesman) and Ryan C. (Sales Manager) were great. The other staff was great too, helping out along the way, and just being friendly and giving info and such on our new car...even taking our pic with "BILLY HUGE" after the sale. :) So thank you, Jim, Ryan, Shawn S, Salesman Marc M. and Jesse C....all of you made for a great experience and a future referral and customer! Oh, and HELLO, who ELSE has complimentary Sodas, Chips and what not in the waiting room?! we were offered these every time we came in by Jim, even just stopping to pick up a receipt....
My boyfriend and I were in a vehicle accident with my car on September 3. My good friend Jesse Cowles reached out to me and asked if Mike and I were okay and if there was anything he could do. Since I didn’t have a car to drive, he asked if he could help by putting me into a loaner to get me to and from work from Fuccillo Mitsubishi where he is employed. He picked me up from my house after my son and daughter-in-law brought me home. Managers Ryan and Shawn were very helpful and understanding. Since I couldn’t purchase another vehicle right away due to waiting for a closing date on my house, they were kind enough to continue to let me use a car that I would probably be interested in purchasing. I tried three different cars and the last one sealed the deal in my mind. I was able to drive my new car unofficially until my closing on September 25. I am now officially the new proud owner of a 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander.

I stopped by to look at a car. I was greeted by a courteous salesman. I asked for some info on the car, he didn't have any of it on hand so we went inside. I wanted a printout of the vehicle history report, KBB and how much they were asking for the car. He went in the office and came back within 2 minutes with only the history report, fresh off the printer. The miles on the report were 32xxx. I asked if that was the current mileage and he replied yes. I asked for the KBB and price. He went into the office, came back 5 minutes later. Meanwhile I had looked up the car with the options it had myself and knew what he should be bringing to me. Instead of a printout, he showed me his phone with 10,900 book value, couldn't see any options or if it was even the same car. I didn't say anything, but high retail book on my search was 8,400. I again asked how much they were asking for it. He went back in the office, came out a few minutes later and told me 11,800. I said that was a bit higher than what I was looking for. He suggested a test drive, I agreed. He grabbed keys and a plate for it. I hop in, turn the key and the mileage read 43,xxx. 11,000 higher than what I was told. I climbed out and told him I was much less interested because of the mileage. As we're walking back to the building he asked how much it would take to get me in the car that day. I gave a lowball offer, 7,000 going off of the KBB that I had searched. He said he would talk to the manager. I waited for another few minutes and the manager came out and started giving me a speech, talking to me like I was a child, about how it was a retail business and I'm offering trade-in prices. Trade-in was 5,500 on my search. I said "we're done here." Thanked them for their time and left. There are so many red flags about this place that I'll probably never return.
I usually don't leave negative reviews, but after hearing a co-worker having a similar shady experience I felt it was necessary.
