I was travelling through Watertown and the aluminum valve stem completely popped off the tire of our Chrysler. Lori was able to get our family, which included our two year old, back on the road in a couple hours so we could continue our trip.

Staff isn't rude, they just aren't professional. I went in yesterday and the way they talk and present themselves was very unprofessional. Facility is dirty, rental car that I was issued had dried blood in it under the gear shifter, a sticky steering wheel, and dead bugs in it. This has been the lowest service I have ever had. Amazing that they are still in business.
