We got quoted and scheduled in for our car to get detailed, however when we picked it up it only got cleaned on the outside and vacuumed/light wipe down, the floor mats were still full of salt, there was still empty wrappers in the all 4 doors and the gear shift was full of dust. We called and the manager said to bring it back in. Once we did he did not seem happy, and they explained that the service we paid for was only to vacuum and wash/wash the exterior. When we were called to pick up the car the second time they literally did not touch it. Overall it was a waste of time/money & gas.
My experience here was acceptable when I first arrived to look at a truck. The salesman Brandon Gentry was helpful, however as I soon realized he was only that way as long as he thought he had a sale in his pocket. I am going to skip the whole story and narrow it down to three primary grievances:

I recently purchased a 2008 Jeep Grand Laredo from Watertown Auto Sales and I couldn't be happier with it. I feel like I got a really great deal on a Jeep that I love, love, love! The salesman I worked with, Carvel, he worked really hard to find something that met the specifics of what I wanted and was within my price range. It's actually more than I thought I would get for my money, so I'm really thrilled! The Finance Manager Garth got me some really great low interest financing, so I'm happy with my payments too! I can't recommend Watertown Auto Sales enough to those in the Watertown area looking for a great deal on a used vehicle. These days will not pressure you, will work to find you something that meets your needs and your budget, and it will be the most pleasant car buy experience you've ever had. Overall the staff was incredibly immature and lacked any level of professionalism. This being ironic due to their business cards claiming them to be "sales professionals"
1. The staff initially attempted to finance me with a 14% interest rate. They might as well be crooks.
3. Finally, the most absurd of all. Me Gentry hung up on me in the middle of a sentence as I was explaining to him I would like him to keep an eye out for incoming vehicles since the one he was set on selling me definitely was not suitable to be sold at the time.
I went there told them my credit was bad they said I could still be approved 500 a month on a truck I wanted then call me tell me they only put me in a single cab truck they can stick it up there ass they were rude on the phone to me
2. The salesman in question, Brandon Gentry, tried to sell me a truck with faults. He claimed I had to purchase the vehicle first and then they would fix them.
